Having worked in a variety of roles within diverse businesses and industries, Scott has a broad understanding of modern business practises and the best strategies to meet the challenges clients face daily. Scott practises property law, contract law and business law including the purchase and sale of commercial and residential property; purchase and sale of businesses; establishment and administration of businesses; planning and environment litigation and advice; property development and wills, estates and succession planning.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland. from 2014-2020 Scott was a member of the Practitioner panel of the Queensland Civil and Administrative tribunal.
