Scott practises property law, contract law and business law including the purchase and sale of commercial and residential property; purchase and sale of businesses; establishment and administration of businesses; planning and environment litigation and advice; property development and wills, estates & succession planning.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland. Scott has been appointed to the Practitioner panel of the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
